Danny Antcliff brings over 20 years of expertise to the building and construction industry. Growing up as the son of a builder, he developed an early and deep connection to the industry, especially in residential and commercial markets. Danny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, a Diploma in Project Management, and is a registered Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, equipping him with a robust foundation for supporting diverse construction projects.
Throughout his career, Danny has worked across multiple roles, including Professional Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Client-Side Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, and Specialist Civil Estimator in both private and public sectors. This breadth of experience provides him with a holistic perspective, allowing him to anticipate stakeholder needs and deliver exceptional value for his clients.
Since beginning his career in the construction industry in 2006, Mitchell has amassed a wealth of experience across both civil and building construction. Starting in domestic and commercial concreting, he quickly transitioned to a leadership role in civil construction as an onsite foreman. Driven by a strong commitment to career growth, Mitchell leveraged his hands-on expertise and project delivery skills into senior positions, including Civil Construction Supervisor, Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, and Specialist Estimator, with a track record in both private and governmental sectors.
Mitchell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and a Diploma in Project Management, providing a solid foundation for his technical and managerial capabilities. His extensive background at the forefront of construction management and project execution gives HMC clients the assurance of professional services backed by practical, results-driven experience.
With over 17 years in the construction industry across various disciplines, TJ brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from both the private and governmental sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of South Australia, a Diploma in Project Management, and is a fully registered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and expertise for HMC’s clients.
TJ’s extensive background spans hands-on construction work to specialised roles in Quantity Surveying, Residential & Civil Estimating, Project Management, and Contract Administration.
